Hi all I'm doing a case study and I need to be able to say what the legal requirements of a nurse is, basically case study is Mr x speaks little English his sons have told the surgeon in their culture they make the decisions and do not want Mr x knowing about his terminal diagnosis. Mr x keeps asking the nurse if he's going to die in his limited English. What are the legal requirements of the nurse and the surgeon in this case
