Hi

Just new here and interested in some feedback.

I completed my Cert III 6 weeks ago and am finding it hard to get a job.

Most advertisers are now asking for "experienced" PCAs.It seems there are tons of applicants now around, many fresh out of training. One TAFE student I know said her trainer told her class they would be lucky to get a job in this field. The so called skill shortage in this area,at least in the short term, doesn't seem to exist anymore?

Regards to all

Pete

Did you try to place an AD on gumtree under nursing? Are you planning to do your EEN course? There will be loads of work. No shortage of job for EEN's or RN's.
