I am hoping someone is able to give me advice. I am about to start looking to do placement work, I've been studying Cert 3 in Aged Care by correspondence and I plan on finishing all my assessments prior to starting placement.
I was wondering if there was a way of finding out if a facility is willing to hire you after doing placement?
Any suggestions on finding work etc would be fantastic!!
I have been in a different field of work for a number of years so I have no idea about what to and not to say in an interview. I am feeling like a fish out of water. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
