Hi everyone I am new here, I am almost finished cert 3 and am working as a trainee in aged care, just signed up today to do cert 4 when I finish cert 3, just wondering if anyone here has done cert 4 and if any modules from cert 3 can be credited to cert 4. Is cert 4 hard,?I worry about being able to cope with working and studying as I have 2 disabled boys at home and a teen girl. I must admit cert 3 was quite easy but I am afraid of biting off more than I can chew. I would love to one day work with cancer patients but one step at a time. I am 45 and have always been a housewife until this traineeship came along and I must admit I lack confidence as far as my abilities to do this go. I must be doing something right though as I won Trainee of the Year just recently, that was such a thrill and confidence booster but I still feel unsure.
