Whats the least amount of time that i can give my work place (private nursing home) in reference to resignation? If i said to them for example if i resigned now on that day would i still be entitled for them to pay my leave and all?

Depend on your length of employment usually between two and four weeks notice. That is if you want all your entitlements.
