Hi I am a third year RN, and would like to enrol in postgraduate studies. I am working in a medical practice as a team leader RN, and would like to further my knowledge in management and leadership. The question is I am unsure which course to enrol in. A diploma in Practice Management through OTEN Tafe or a Postgraduate certificate in Clinical nursing. One is a Normal Diploma and one a post grad cert, the difference is the Diploma costs 3000 less. Does any one have any advice ??
