Hi everyone, I have recently applied for the EN traineeship through health. I was just wondering what kind of questions they ask in the interviews? I am a little anxious and would love to be prepared!!
Any help would be much appreciated!

Jun 11, 2008, 12:44 am Hi Anthea, It's so hard to comment on what they will ask in an interview. I've always felt that you go in and be yourself. You have posted on a forum for ideas so you obviously like nutting things out and talking things through with others! That's a good nursing trait for a start! It's always a good idea to bring up any relevant experience you have had and to be prepared to explain why you want to be a nurse. Relevant experience means many things, anything that demonstrates your ability to communicate, get along in a team, be an advocate for others and multi-task (to name a few). This could be experience gained in previous jobs or sporting/debating teams, volunteer work, personal experiences or school! Think of the things you are good at and sell yourself! Best of luck with your interview! |
