jayzanne (offline) Joined: Apr 2012 Location: Posts: 12	Sat Apr 21, 2012 11:04 am I was wondering if anyone has experienced having grad year interviews in general or more specifically at Melb Private hospital as they will only accept 3 people and i want to be one of the 3 to get into this grad year program, therefore i really want to be prepared and do well. I was wondering what questions can i expect and ideas how to answer them, they asked me to bring my transcript and my clinical placement results is there anything else more that i should bring?

They asked for responses to scenarios, also if you have ever had a conflict with another staff member how did you handle it. What do you have to offer and why would you be the best candidate? If you have police checks, references, etc bring them too. Have some questions ready. Good luck.
