Sorry. I don't know if this will help. My nurse interviews have been solo. I've had group interviews before in a different field Though. Employers are usually looking for someone who can accomplish tasks in a team environment. But you also have to find a way to shine on your own as well. A Role play scenario was involved. Show them you can work with others but you will be fine just as well individually too.

I have been on a few group interviews and here are a few tips to consider.

1.  Always use eye contact.

2.  Come prepared with some questions.

3.  Do some research about the company that you will be working for.

4.  So some research on your job duties as well.

I wish you the best on your group interview.

Congratulations on the group interview.  That is awesome and amazing.  I have been at a group interview before where there were five other candidates including myself.  We were all applying for the school health aide nurse job through one of the county schools.  We were all told to come into this big conference room, the lady spoke for awhile, and then they called us one at a time to go into a room where there would be two or three other nurses interviewing us and writing our answers down on paper.  I was extremely nervous, but I held my head high and thought about these facts:

1.  They called me for the interview based on my record of experience and education.

2.  They knew that I would do a good job.

3.  They understand that I have the mind set and capabilities of being a good school nurse aide for their clinic.

4.  They wanted to see me in person and compare what they see to what is written on my resume.

When you have those things in mind, then the interview goes a lot better.  I wish you the best and good luck.
