Thanks chrissydoll I haven't received an email as yet, so that was helpful.

Just wondering has everyone paid for the text books or have any of you mananged to purchase them second hand ??

Hi everyone,

I'm new here:)  I'm going to be enrolling in the August intake for part time online.  Did anyone have any trouble enrolling - I notice on the website it says the course is extremely popular and has limited places, so now I'm worried I might miss out.  I'm waiting for them to send out the information for me - they are just waiting on scheduling the residential schools.  I am so excited and hope I get in!!  I am mature age (45) with 3 kids in their teens (18,17, almost 15) I am working currently as a teacher aide but have always wanted to be a nurse:)  

I'm sorry to hear you had to put your studies on hold Jojo - hopefully I'll be joining you in the August intake!!

Hello, I'm also enrolling in the online en course with the gcit in aug.I'm am wondering if anyone has any info regarding accommodation. Is there any student accom or do u just have to find your own??

Hi sfblake

I just received all the course information for the August intake.  Yes, you have to find your own accommodation whilst at the residential colleges - they give you a list of recommended places to stay.

Hi Sfblake, 

I have also enrolled for August- full time. Did you want to share accom for the residential schools( if you are full-time also) ? to get the costs down?
