I am currently studying at CDU to get my RN degree. Once I graduate, will I start at the base RN salary or does my 6 years experience as an EEN factor in? Appreciate any advice. thanks Melissa.

midaz (offline) Joined: Nov 2007 Location: Posts: 23	May 19, 2011, 11:56 pm You'll get paid as an RN1.1 which is probably slightly more than what you're on now. The rates vary across the country, so check the award to see what it will be.
