You need to seriously consider accepting only one offer. As you will deny another nurse graduate a chance of working at a hospital.
It varies with facilities but it would be fairly reasonable that if someone has at least six months experience as a nurse post graduation they would be disqualified from applying for a graduate program. (I say this as when I was looking for new graduate positions I came across that '6 month' clause). However it is not a stead fast rule there are exceptions based on the facility, personal circumstances and/or compassionate grounds.
So if you are going to accept a program and then dump it in six months time for something better and considering you have both the offers now. You need to seriously consider declining one of your offers for your fellow nursing graduates.
