I have been told that the salary is slightly higher than the public.

Were you part of the Grad Programme for 2014.  Did you apply directly to the hospital for the job offer, or is this the Grad Programme you were offered?

I am waiting anxiously for the PMC results which should be out on 15th Oct.

Goodluck

I apply directly to this hospital. And I also applied through computer match. The thing is that to need to accept or decline by this Friday. This job include salary packaging, and the salary is according to 'the award' but isn't the award just for public hospital. To be honest, I don't know what my salary will be. can somebody tell me how much is the salary for a grad nurse?

good luck with the PMC results

I suggest you ring the hospital HR directly and discuss the salary.

OR you could ring the ANMF directly, their website for new Graduate nurses states ...

Seek ANMF advice before signing a contract or letter of appointment

ANMF Information Line
Ph: 03 9275 9333 This is the Victorian number, however you could get other state phone numbers from their website.Hope this helps...
