i understand how you feel - i'm finishing off the last of my theory units for my RNs and i still stress over essays.

there are some good books on how to structure essays etc, maybe your lecturer could reccommend some. also some uni websites have info on how to properly structure essays (off the top of my head, unisa, cdu, monash - let me know if you need links). i always start by making an essay plan otherwise i tend to waffle on about things and go off the topic.

so are you finding the paraphrasing difficult or the in-text referencing?

H ey,

the stress never goes away but writing becomes easier,

as katc82 mentioned, start with a plan, break it up into points, say for a 1000 word assignment break it up into 5 main points. Write 200 words, quality words, on each point. towards the end put it all together.

I also hate assignments, well, maybe not hate, but a big anti fan :)
