Hi There, I have applied for a spot in CQU's Bachelor of Nursing program for next year. They had an early offer date of today for limited placements, and I was wondering if anyone received their offer from CQU yet? How do you receive it? Is it posted on QTAC or does it get emailed to you? Thanks for your comments.

Hi there Tracy,

I have just completed the WIST program through the CQU University and have gained Direct Entry into the Nursing Program.

I still had to apply and had to anxiously wait for my offer but I am very happy to say I was offered a place here in the Bundaberg program staring March 2010. Yey for me.

Seriously, I was checking the mail box twice a day to see if the offer had come. I was so nervous. I am not sure what it is like through the QTAC system but I am sure you will be fine.

Just think of all of the good times ahead. Try not to worry, maybe offer some of your spare time between now and March at a Hospital or Nursing Home as a Volunteer. That's what I am doing and I just love it. Since finding out about my Nursing offer they have actually got me making beds. Really cool. AND great practice.

Anyway I am sure your offer will come.

Hi there

I received my offer for CQU via qtac in the december offer round. I logged into Qtac the night before offers were released and "it" was there waiting waiting for me!! The next day i also received a email from qtac informing I had received an offer as well. A couple of days later I also received a letter in the post from them too!! So there was no way you could say you didnt know you got an offer lol.

I did a tertiary access course through JCU in Cairns but opted for CQU flexible Nursing degree as they offer a full-time flexible course and JCU only offers part-time for flexible delivery.

After you "accept" your offer through QTAC (following prompts) the paperwork starts rolling from CQU then you can officially enrol online in CQUcentral!! Roll-on March lol.

I received my offer in November via the QTAC website. After I accepted CQU send you information pretty quickly.

I've also been doing the LIFT course and have been pretty impressed with CQU so far.
