while assisting Leo one morning with his daily activities, he told me that he was unhappy with the food that he had and that no one would listen to him. He was told by another carer that he had to be content with what he was given as they could not cook special foods just for him.

If you were in my place, how could you informally advocate for Leo? What are the processes you would use?

and what would be a realistic outcome to aim for him?
