Hi, I'm currently studying aged care certificate III, I'm stuck on Questions regarding RCS. Would be grateful for any help. I. What are 3 categories of assessment? 2. What documentation is required/care workers/registered nurses. 3. What is the care workers role.

Hi Melj,

you should be able to find the information you need in the Documentation and Accountability Manual. A Manual produced by the Department of Health and Ageing for aged care providers.

If you don't have access to one, you can download the chapters you need from www.health.gov.au/internet/wcms/publishing.nsf/Content/ageing-manuals-dam-download.htm

You might want to look at Chapter 5 - that deals specifically with the RCS Appraisals.
