I don't think you AIN's, EN's, and RN's will be in the interview together. You could probably expect questions about safety, back care, caring for the elderly, and a scenario question. Good luck.

The group interview consisted of AIN/ chefs and cleaners
There was about 30 of us and first we had to go around the room and do a brief description about yourself, then we were divided up into groups of 5 and given a llist with a scenario on it which was about taking residents on an outing and there was a list of questions to answer like where are are you going and why, how many you taking, what will you need etc. Somwone in the group had to wite it all down and someone else had to present it to the group.
Then we had individual interviews witht he normal questions like why do you want to work in aged care, what are your strengths, give an example of a conflicting scenario and how you dealt with it. How would you deal with an upset family, etc
Just gald its over

Goodness only time I can recall having a group interview was donkey years ago it was for a telemarketing position and exactly what you described. And I walked out before the actual interview. Informed that I had real job interview to attend.
