OK whisper is in my organisation where I work that the future policy is that all cares will have cert 4.. This is down the line. how far down the line I don't know. I am in QLD... They have alll ready impleamented night staff pc's have training in the medicine modual.. I my self dont' mind. As long as my facility do not make it difficult for me to go to training ..
