Well I could relate to you a number of occasions in all my working experience, times I have been overlooked for someone else and then asked to work the position when that person stuffed up, it was because I was a women and and the male was given the opportunity first. I witnessed bullying because co workers being of a different culture. Theft in a grand scale in a clothing factory where I worked. A person who held the position of PA to manager stole over $150 000 over a period of time .. They believe it could have been more.
In my position now as PCW conflict occurs because of work pressure, bullying occurs with co workers and residents, theft of residents money. I recently misplaced my wallet at work I reported it immediately, nobody handed it I received a call from a police station a fortnight later from a area some distance to where I live..
